By coupling applied and fundamental approaches, we will investigate upgrading of abundant waste sources for the resilient production of fuels and chemicals. Our overarching goal is to leverage dynamic material-process interactions to develop efficient thermal and electrified catalytic technologies for a multitude of applications.
